Privacy Policy

No Endorsement. Member Company agrees that that the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando’s (“Chamber”) seals, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, belong exclusively to the Chamber and may not be utilized by the Member Company without the express written consent of the Chamber.  Further, maintaining a presence on the Chamber registry and the use of Chamber resources as a Member Company, shall not be used by Member Company in such a manner as to state or imply that the Member Company's products or services are endorsed, sponsored or recommended by the Chamber, or are considered by the Chamber to be superior to any other products or services.  The Member Company agrees that it shall not make any form of representation or statement which would constitute or suggest an express or implied endorsement by the Chamber, and that it shall not authorize others to do so, without first having obtained written approval from the Chamber.  Member Company agrees not to display any Chamber seals, trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names on the Member Company's website, social media, or elsewhere, without the express written consent of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando.
