As part of the Biology Colloqium Series, the Seminole State College Environmental Initiative Club and Biology Department are pleased to host naturalist, author, and award-winning wildlife filmmaker Paul Rosolie, who will describe his experiences in the Amazon Rainforest. Rosolie will also discuss his memoir Mother of God, detailing his adventures in the Peruvian Amazon, the most biodiverse wilderness on Earth. Everyone is welcome to come learn about his wildlife encounters and how his conservation project, Tamandua Expeditions, uses tourism to support rainforest conservation. A reception and book signing (with books available for purchase) will immediately follow the presentation.
