Ser Colombia explores the importance of immigration laws for the Latin American community in Central Florida.
Ser Colombia, a non-profit organization based in Orlando, is interested in educating the Latin American community in one of the most relevant topics: immigration process and laws. Consequently, Ser Colombia is partnering with the well-known legal practice, Carmona Law, to offer an informative workshop focused on the change of status applications, visa expiration issues and alternatives, and mainly business creation topics such as: how to create and register a company and what type of visas are allowed .
"Many people are ripped off because of the lack of knowledge and clarity of immigration laws. A lot of them lose their savings while complicating their legal situation in the country", says lawyer Omar Carmona Sanchez, presenter of the workshop. Persons interested in attending should register by phone at 407.782.2666 or email info.SerColombia@gmail.com. RSVP by October 17?
Ser Colombia offers monthly workshops of public interest. We take any comments and suggestions on subjects and topics that will be of interest to the Latin American community. We appreciate your participation and promotion of this information.
