Job Description


  • Deliver day-to-day training of our Crew sessions in the introductory areas of Photoshop, Unreal Engine and/or C# or many of the other tools related to bringing visual content to our projects
  • Evaluate and track the progress of Crew’s abilities and communicate needs to parents and staff.
  • Help identify and prepare new or modify existing methods of training
  • Participate in Parent/Provider meetings to help assess the progress of the Crew member
  • Other duties as needed
  • Ability to instruct and disseminate knowledge creatively to various audiences
  • Experience with Photoshop (Adobe in general), 3DSMax, Maya or Blender
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal, or other design engines a plus
  • Industry or indie media experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with other staff and the public
  • Ability to work well with a diverse population, including adults with autism spectrum disorder
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably with a technology or education focus
  • Master’s degree in education or related field a plus
  • Preferred: 2-5 years of experience in education, working with individuals with ASD and/or their families
