Description
This workshop will provide a brief history of how the Civil Rights Act has evolved since 1964, including recent court decisions. The workshop will also go through personal attempts at developing an affirmative action plan by describing some of the political and ethical challenges that resulted. Join us on Friday, March 30 from 9:00 a.m. – noon.
