Description
Join photographer Rania Matar and CFAM Curator Gisela Carbonell in a lively conversation related to the exhibition Rania Matar: On Either Side of the Window, Portraits During COVID-19. Matar will share how this project came about and what it means to connect with her sitters in the middle of a pandemic. Focusing on a selection of images on view in the exhibition, Matar will discuss the process of documenting quarantine while creating images of stunning aesthetic quality.
