DCI: Drum Corps International

Drum Corps International, Marching Music’s Major League™, will make its return to Florida on Saturday, July 6, for its DCI Orlando Presented by Great East Music Festivals & Music Store competition. An elite lineup of marching music ensembles will entertain audiences at Camping World Stadium, which has been a familiar venue to the annual Drum Corps International Tour after hosting the internationally-recognized DCI World Championships on four separate occasions.

DCI Orlando will feature seven performing ensembles from across the country including Bluecoats from Canton, Ohio; Boston Crusaders from Boston, Massachusetts; Carolina Crown from Fort Mill, South Carolina; Jersey Surf from Camden County, New Jersey; Music City from Nashville, Tennessee; Spirit of Atlanta from Atlanta, Georgia; and Florida’s own Heat Wave from Inverness. Adding to the festivities around the Orlando event will be a SoundSport™ showcase featuring a number of local teams, along with a Kick Start educational workshop for students to help get Sunday evening’s show underway.
