Gourmet Caramel Apples

Description

This 5-hour hands-on class takes caramel apples to a whole new level. Each student will make custom caramel and then create delectable gourmet caramel apples individually crafted with a variety of chocolates and toppings. Everything is provided, just bring yourself and even a friend to share the experience. And get ready to learn a new confectionery craft to share with friends, family and clients.

In this class, students learn:

• To make caramel from scratch
• How to select, prep, and properly coat the apples
• Multiple designs and toppings
• Packaging for gift-giving or sales

Age requirement: minimum age is 16

Breaks:

Students will be given a 30-minute break halfway through the class. We encourage students to bring their own lunch.
