Lean Six Sigma for Services

Description

This presentation will provide attendees with an overview of Lean Six
Sigma methods, concepts, and tools that can be used to help service
organizations improve processes and consistently meet strategic
objectives.

Attendees will gain an understanding of methods that helped
organizations, such as Florida Hospital, U.S. Army, American Red
Cross, New Hampshire State Government, and Cleveland Clinic,
achieve outstanding results. Participants will have the opportunity to
participate in training exercises and simulations that will enhance the
learning experience.
