As business leaders have gradually embraced Agile in areas outside of project management and software development, many practical applications have emerged in the field of HR. Specifically, in recruiting, Agile can be applied to how recruiting teams manage their workload, interface with key business stakeholders, and deliver hiring results. Organizations looking to increase their recruiting effectiveness typically struggle with inefficient recruiting models due to competing priorities, shifting business needs, heavy workloads, and talent shortages. By aligning Agile principles to customer needs, recruiting and HR leaders can maximize the effectiveness of a successful recruiting program and better align with key stakeholders and increase their company’s hiring velocity.
