Marvelous Meringues

Bright beautiful colors and creative designs - that’s the new meringues! In this hands-on class, you will make a perfect meringue for creating colorful designs that hold their shape. Even without experience, you can master this technique with proper instruction. All supplies are provided. Bring a friend to share the experience!

In class you will:
• Make meringue from scratch
• Learn proper coloring
• Learn an easy technique for filling piping bags
• Learn multiple designs and creative decorating
• Learn successful baking
• Packaging for party favors and sales

Skill level: beginner to intermediate

Take Home:

Each student will take home recipes and their creations.

Age Requirements: Minimum is 16 years of age

Breaks:

Meringues take approximately one hour to bake so we will take a lunch break during that time. Students are encouraged to bring their own lunch as area restaurants can get busy.
