Join Dr. Robert Vander Poppen, Associate Professor of Classical Art and Archaeology, for an in-depth look at the Greek geometric period (c. 900?700 B.C.) in the first major museum exhibition in the United States in 25+ years. Explore how the Greek idea of the beautiful (known as kallos) developed a visual vocabulary that stressed clarity, balance, and symmetry via 57 objects drawn from The Sol Rabin Collection.
